This is just a quick note to ask you to please delist our current vacancy. We thought we would have some difficulty filling this position, due to its unusual nature but,
quite frankly, we've been "run off our feet". We have now employed more people that we had originally planned and we really don't want to have to disappoint any more suitable applicants, by having to turn them away.
I must say that the quality of applications has been remarkably (and uniformly) high. Having relied on other job boards in the past, we have been used to receiving a large number of entirely unsuitable applications, many of which are from applicants who are obviously just going through the motions of submitting their application to any employer, so they may continue to qualify for unemployment benefits. As you can imagine, these irrelevant applications are very time consuming to deal with. Therefore, I am delighted to say that, in stark contrast, every application we have received through DayWork has been genuine and, most importantly, the applicants are obviously all keen to work. What a difference!
DayWork provides an excellent service, which is long overdue in the part time recruitment landscape in Australia. You are to be congratulated for the very positive contribution you are making to both employers, and employees, alike.
